Hitters Depot Facility Rules

For the safety of all Hitters Depot guests and staff, we require adherence to the following rules and policies. Anyone who refuses to obey these rules may be asked to leave the facility.

• All minors (youth under the age of 14) must be accompanied by a parent or coach.
• All players and coaches must bring a clean pair of shoes to change into once inside the facility. Changing from street shoes to clean, athletic apparel will preserve the quality of our turf and provide the best experience for all athletes. No wet, dirty or muddy shoes will be allowed on any playing surfaces. 
• Batting helmets must be worn during any live hitting or machine pitched balls.
• All players, coaches and observers must sign a liability waiver upon entering the facility for the first time.
• Canceling an online reservation must be requested at least one hour prior to your reservation. Failure to do so may result in a charge for your reservation or a punch on your punch pass.
• Courtesy and respect toward other participants is expected from all players, coaches and observers. Please apply common decency towards all guests and staff of Hitters Depot at all times. All guests will be expected to clean up after themselves, remove any trash, pick up baseballs/softballs after use, be respectful of all equipment, keep the bathroom in an orderly condition, exit tunnels and cages at the proper time during your reservations, etc.
• Operate vehicles in a courteous manner within the Hitters Depot parking lot. Be mindful of a heavy youth presence.
• Stay clear of all tunnel/cage netting from the outside of them. 
• Always be mindful of quick moving baseballs/softballs while inside the hitting tunnels and when within close distance of the outside of cage netting.
• Leave all the equipment in the same locations and condition as it was when you arrived prior to your reservation.
• Never tamper or adjust equipment without prior approval and guidance from a Hitters Depot staff member.
• Follow all directions and guidance from any Hitters Depot staff members.
